BookFast is a CRM for solo beauty masters and small salons / aesthetic studios. It combines a booking calendar with overlap protection, multi-master schedules and roles, client cards, before/after visit photos, procedures and materials, and a digital aftercare plan by link. One account can manage several salons with isolated data per salon. The team ships new features actively, including on user request.
How is BookFast different from a typical salon CRM? expand_more
The distinctive workflow is the post-visit care plan: publish a draft and send one link to a fixed version — not a long WhatsApp thread. It also flags overlaps and outside-schedule slots, stores before/after photos, tracks materials on visits, and supports multi-salon with separated databases. There is no public online booking page for end clients.
Can I manage several salons? expand_more
Yes. In Settings you can create additional salons and switch the active one. Each salon keeps its own clients, masters, and appointments — data is not merged into one shared pool across salons.
Does BookFast support several masters and roles? expand_more
Yes. Masters directory, working schedules (weekly template + exceptions), and roles: owner / salon admin / master. Appointments are booked for a specific master.
Is there public online booking for clients? expand_more
No. Appointments are managed by the master or salon staff inside the CRM. The client-facing artifact emphasized today is the aftercare plan link.
Does BookFast prevent overlapping appointments? expand_more
Yes. The schedule flags time overlaps for the same master and bookings outside the master’s working hours.
Can I store before/after photos? expand_more
Yes. You can attach photos to a visit — including before and after a procedure — and keep them in the visit history.
Does it track materials? expand_more
Yes. Materials catalog, norms on procedures, usage and cost on visits; the salon has a default currency.

Yes. The team develops the product actively. During Early Access you can email support and influence the priority of new features.
